acceptable stay with noise issues
lack of interest noise disturbance
the gym facilities were good and inviting for a workout.
i encountered noise disturbances . at 5:30 am, an alarm in an adjacent room went off repeatedly. contacting reception proved futile, as they were unresponsive, and staff showed a lack of interest in addressing the situation (it was frustrating). this disturbance completely disrupted my day.

Acceptable Stay. Issues Need Addressing
loud drilling gym area
I was awoken by loud drilling at 8.10am, it was works ongoing in the Gym area. I suggested guests should be warned about this. The reception advised works were permitted to start at 9am, but it was earlier than this.

helpful staff wellness club modern rooms
I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Sarah and Lina at reception. The hotel offered a great health and wellness club, a sports bar, and modern rooms. The location is perfect when visiting friends and family. I really liked ample free parking.
The shower head had missing pieces. This made the water flow intensely. The toilet seat was too small and close to the wall. My leg touched the paper roll (this was not ideal).

The room was nice and neat (i had a great night's sleep). It included a comfortable bed and modern amenities. All necessities were available in the room, which enhanced the experience. The room was well kept.
